The rules of the round

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Go Golf Leagues.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• One account per person. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Go Golf Leagues helps you run and play golf leagues: schedule events, score rounds, track standings, post moments tied to the round, and view leagues and players on a map. We add, change, and remove features as the product evolves. We may also offer free and paid tiers with different limits.

Subject to these terms, Go Golf Leagues grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Go Golf Leagues for personal, non-commercial league play. This license ends when your access ends.

Go Golf Leagues offers a free tier and paid tiers (currently a Pro tier for members and league owners, with higher league limits). The features and limits of each tier are described in the app and may change.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a paid plan or purchasing a Season Slot, you authorize the listed charges and any applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal from your billing settings.
• One-time purchases (such as Season Slots) are charged at checkout and are not subscriptions.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
• We may change prices or plan features with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused features, or leagues you stop using.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services under applicable law. By starting to use a paid feature within that period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once we begin providing the service.

Go Golf Leagues lets you post content inside a league, including photos, short videos, captions, scores, and the location tied to a moment. You keep ownership of the content you post.

You grant Go Golf Leagues a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process your content solely as needed to operate and provide Go Golf Leagues to you and the other league members and followers you have chosen to share with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has been shared with others (their copies remain subject to the same limits) and except for residual backup copies on their normal rotation.

You represent that you have the rights to the content you post, that it does not violate anyone else's rights or applicable law, and that it does not include the personal information of others without their permission. We may remove content or restrict access where we reasonably believe it violates these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Go Golf Leagues for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or harm other players or organizers.
• Falsify scores, manipulate standings, or otherwise cheat league competition.
• Post content that infringes intellectual property, invades privacy, or violates law.
• Upload malware, attempt to access accounts you do not own, probe or bypass security, or interfere with normal operation.
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the app without our prior written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Go Golf Leagues or its data outside the licenses granted by these terms.

Go Golf Leagues integrates with third-party services to operate, including hosting, payments, and maps (see our Privacy Policy for the list). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions outside our control.

Go Golf Leagues and its brand, and the underlying software, design, and content (other than your content and third-party content) are owned by Go Golf Leagues and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a license to use the service, not ownership of the software or brand.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant Go Golf the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

You can stop using Go Golf Leagues and delete your account at any time by contacting us at yourindie101@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, attempt fraud, or where we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice before suspending or terminating paid access. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (content licenses for already-shared content, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

Go Golf Leagues is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Golf disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure, or that scores, standings, locations, or course data will be free from mistakes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Golf Leagues and its affiliates, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of Go Golf Leagues, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Go Golf Leagues for Go Golf Leagues in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Golf Leagues and its team from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of (a) content you post, (b) your violation of these terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right. We may take over the defense and settlement of any matter for which you are indemnifying us, at your expense; you agree to cooperate with us reasonably.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Go Golf Leagues agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Go Golf Leagues will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where required by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we will notify you in the app or by email and update the effective date above. Your continued use of Go Golf Leagues after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Go Golf Leagues about Go Golf Leagues.
• If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a right or provision is not a waiver.
• You may not assign these terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Nothing in these terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
